Where do you ship from?
All orders are manufactured and shipped from the U.S.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders fast to get them in your hands ASAP. If you need to make changes, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, the order is locked in. Once delivered, you can still return it for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and typically ship out within 1–3 business days. During holidays or peak launches, please allow a bit more time for processing.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most U.S. orders arrive in 5–9 business days. International orders may take 2–4 weeks, depending on your location and local customs.
What if I don't receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, you’re eligible for a full refund. Just reach out to us and we’ll make it right.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
U.S. orders are tax-free. For international orders, customs, duties, and taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If something arrived wrong or damaged, send us an email with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll get it sorted quickly.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are sent back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of return processing or cancellation. If it’s delayed, we recommend checking with your bank or credit card provider.
